(116**) Jezdím, jedu nebo jdu? Všechno!

Ahoj, jaké je u tebe dnes počasí? Tady je krásně! Sluníčko svítí,… a chci jít ven na procházku! Proč? Protože ráda chodím na procházky. Alespoň jednou týdně chodím ven do parku.

často

každý den

JEZDIT CHODIT LÉTAT
jednou

Pokaždé/vždy, když…

JET JÍT LETĚT

Chodím zhruba 5 až 10 kilometrů. A vždy, když mám chvíli čas, nejedu autobusem. Opravdu.

A hned letěl zase zpět do USA. Cesta byla drahá. Ale zisk z knihy byl vyšší. A jak se říká: “Čas jsou peníze.” Znáš lidi, kteří také rád i létají a v letadle pracují?

A co ty? Jak často létáš letadlem? A jak často jezdíš šalinou? A jak často tramvají? Pozor! A čím tedy jezdíš?

Guys, thank you for listening to slowczech podcast. Join slowczech Lab to get more!

    Ahoj,

Thank you very much for the text.

Just one question. In the text, you say the following sentence:

Pokaždé, když někam letí, udělá více práce než doma nebo v kanceláři.

I was wondering if it’s grammatically correct if I write A instead of NEBO, that is:

Pokaždé, když někam letí, udělá více práce než doma a v kanceláři.

Thank you very much in advance.
    Kind regards.

    Dear Sheldon ,
yes you can say A instead of NEBO.
It just sounds to me English, not Czech. But only slightly 🙂

A popravdě, nemám tuto starší epizodu příliš ráda.

business, mother, polyglote

I am slowczech founder and from my experience I know two things: beginners can understand words with time. And enjoyable input is vital for natural language acquisition. Many give up Czech due to old methods, irrelevant vocabulary or overwhelming grammar. Let’s change that and make learning Czech exciting and effective.
