(215****): Petry rozhovor s Kris(týnkou) o dětském lékařství

Ahoj, vítej u další epizody ze série Rozhovory s Čechy neboli rozhovory v “real Czech”. Dnes si budu povídat s Týnkou. Týnka je dětská doktorka. Budeme mluvit o tom, proč si tuto práci vybrala, jaké bylo její studium a jak vypadá práce dětské doktorky.

A těším se na povídání

 

Ano, já se také těším.

 

Týnka je paní doktorka pro děti, dětské lékařka.

 

Týnko, jak sis vlastně vybrala svou práci, práci doktorky?

 

Ehm. Tak já jsem začínající lékařka.

Já jsem před třičtvrtě rokem ukončila studium na univerzitě tady v Brně.

A…jaká byla moje cesta…stát se doktorkou…tak začalo to všechno na gymnáziu a vlastně po dobu celého studia já  jsem vůbec nevěděla, co chci dělat.

Vymýšlela jsem všechno možné i nemožné bych řekla a rozhodla jsem se až v posledním ročníku, když jsem si uvědomila, že se točím pořád kolem lékařství, medicíny a to hlavně z důvodu, že chci lidem nějak pomáhat, že k něčemu chci být.

To se dá dělat samozřejmě spoustou věcí, to člověk nemusí být lékařem, ale já jsem taky věděla, že mě baví dost přírodovědní obory jako fyzika, chemie, biologie…a tak jsem si říkala, že ta medicína by nemusela být špatná, že je to vlastně takovej …taková…takové dobré spojení mezi… jako… humanitním oborem a vědeckým, přírodovědným a tak jsem to zkusila…já jsem si říkala, že to jenom vyzkouším, že se určitě na medicínu nedostanu, že je to dost složitý a co se „přijmového“ (přijímacího) řízení týče a…ale vyšlo to, vyšlo to…a tak jsem se dostala do Brna a …

 

Jaké bylo to studium?

 

Studium bylo dost náročné, hlavně první tři roky. První tři roky byly jenom teoretické, člověk seděl jen na zadku a učil se, učil se  a moc nepřišel do kontaktu s pacientem…moc jsme nebyli v nemocnici, jsme byli jenom  v knihovnách a nebylo to moc záživné, člověk si vůbec nedokázal představit, jaké to bude v reálu, jestli mu to vůbec za to stojí, ale naštěstí to uteklo.

A pak to začlo už být lepší, pak už jsme byli víc v nemocnici a procházeli jsme všema možnýma odděleníma  a byli jsme na chirurgii, na interně, na…všechny obory jsme viděli a nakonec se mi nejvíc líbilo na dětském…

 

Takže jsi…jak jsem říkala…nebo možná neříkala…že jsi dětská…říkala:-) že jsi dětská doktorka….jaké to je?

 

To je…pro mě je to úplně něco jiného, protože je obrovský rozdíl mezi tím sedět nad knížkama a učit se jenom a opravdu pracovat a mít zodpovědnost za pacienty…jo, je to prostě úplně jiný svět…takže já opravdu začínám, moc toho ještě neumím a učím se od zkušených a je to zajímavý, ten obor je krásný a hlavně já miluju práci s dětma a proto jsem si to i vybrala a je to optimistický obor…naštěstí…ťukám…děti jsou často zdravé, nejsou chronicky nemocné …a takže ty jim jenom pomáháš vlastně jako od akutního utrpení…  to je třeba…že hodně pláčou…něco je bolí a ty jim jenom potřebuješ rychle pomoct…takže je to…mě vyhovuje to, že nejsou chronicky nemocní…

 

A co je těžkého na té komunikaci? Protože to dítě Ti neřekne… bolí mě ouško a ano.naopak..a někdy třeba ani samo to dítě neví, co ho bolí…

 

Dítě není schopno popsat bolest, často to popíše pláčem a to je dobře, když to popíše pláčem…to znamená, že to není ještě tak hrozné.

Když už nepláče, když už jenom kouká kolem sebe, o nic se nezajímá, je bledý a usíná, tak tady si říkáme pozor pozor, tady je něco špatně s tím děckem…tady je potřeba i intenzivní péče nějaké například…jo…a je to těžké, že děti se brání vyšetření, děti se brání odběrům krve, děti se brání úplně všemu a člověk musí tak nějak vybalancovat, jestli spíš zvolí rychlou…rychlou strategii, rychle strhne náplast a pojďme rychle dál a nebo jestli spíš na dítě pomalým způsobem a je to často velmi složité v tom, že během pěti, deseti minut jako lékař není schopný poznat, jaký to děcko je…nebo to dítě, jestli spíš mu vyhovuje to rychle strhnout nebo chvilku mě nechte se rozkoukat…to je na tom to složité, no.

 

Do toho ta vystresovaná maminka, která neví…já sama mám tu zkušenost, že dcera se hrozně bojí doktorů, ale hrozně…a vím, že mě to vždycky strašně vystresuje …nevím, jestli ta komunikace toho doktora….je těžší pro toho doktora mluvit se mnou a nebo s tím dítětem….v tu chvíli…

 

Pro mě asi, upřímně, s rodičema..je složitější mluvit…ty děti nějak můžu pohladit, uklidnit je a nebo rychle, právě naopak, moc se s nima jako „neprdět“ a prostě rychle je vyšetřit, abych je netrápila zbytečně…ale rodiče musíme dycky zklidnit….jo…za každou cenu, protože ta komunikace…nemá cenu být…není smysluplné, aby ta komunikace byla vyhrocená, nějak vystresovaná….když se všichni uklidníme, tak je to všechno smysluplnější.

 

A ještě jedna otázka….když jsi byla malá…hrála sis na paní doktorku?Nebo jsi chtěla být úplně něčím jiným?

 

Já jsem si hrála na paní učitelku…hodně…chtěla jsem být paní učitelka, a protože moje mamka je paní učitelka a pak jsem si hrála i na zdravotní sestřičku, dětskou zdravotní sestřičku, protože moje babička je dětská zdravotní sestra a myslím si, že i moje babička mě tak trošku k tomu oboru přivedla a že i díky ní jsem mohla chodit každé léto chodit na praxi k dětské doktorce v takovém malém městečku a tam mi to nějak přirostlo k srdci, práce s těma děckama v malým prostředí, komunikace s maminama…to bylo něco pro mě.

 

Já bych chtěla, aby všechny paní doktorky byly takové milé a usměvavé jako ty, aby se děti nemusely bát, protože Týnka je strašně milá paní doktorka.
