(158**) V karanténě – co musíš/můžeš/nesmíš/měl(a) bys

Minulý týden jsem mluvila o tom, co je to nouzový stav. A vyprávěla jsem o povodních v roce 1997 a 2002. Povodně, to znamená velká voda. V řece je víc vody než normálně. A potom je celá vesnice, celé metro nebo celá pražská ZOO pod vodou.

No, a tak tedy… “nouzový stav” – jak to vypadá dnes v Česku? Všude je zakázaný volný pohyb osob – to znamená, že nemůžu jít, kam chci a kdy chci. Ale… co můžeme dělat? Co nemůžeme dělat? Co nesmíme dělat? A co bychom měli dělat? O tom bude dnešní epizoda 🙂 Nejdřív ale slovíčka.

Co nesmíme dělat?

Teď, když je nouzový stav, například nesmíme jít ven bez roušky. Bohužel nesmíme jít do restaurace, nesmíme jít na laser game, nesmíme pořádat párty, nesmíme jít do jiného obchodu než do supermarketu nebo drogerie. Skoro všechny obchody jsou zavřené. Nesmíme jít do domova důchodců navštívit babičku nebo dědečka, protože návštěvy jsou zakázané.

Když jsme venku, nesmíme se dotýkat obličeje a jak jsem říkala, nesmíme jít ven bez roušky. Také, pokud to není nutné, se nesmíme stýkat s lidmi, se kterými nebydlíme.

Co musíme dělat?

Je pravda, že pokud nemůžeme pracovat z domova, pokud nemůžeme mít home office, musíme i nadále chodit do práce. Když ale jdeme ven z domu, musíme si vzít roušku. Taky si musíme často mýt ruce. Když jdeme nakupovat, musíme dávat pozor a nechávat v obchodě odstup minimálně 2 metry. Taky musíme omezit kontakt se všemi lidmi a musíme co nejvíce zůstat doma.

Co bychom/bysme měl(i) dělat?

Jestli se z karantény nechceme zbláznit, jestli nechceme na konci karantény být cvoci nebo blázni, je pár věcí, co bychom měli dělat. Měli bychom/bysme například dost spát, měli bychom taky sportovat – například cvičit jógu, dělat kliky nebo dřepy, tancovat uprostřed obýváku a přitom si zpívat,… 🙂 Také bychom měli občas meditovat, to je dobré pro klidnou a soustředěnou mysl. Měli bychom taky zdravě jíst – a nejlépe dostatek ovoce a zeleniny. A také bychom měli častěji volat babičce, dědovi, rodičům, tetě, strejdovi,…

Co můžeme dělat?

Je sice vyhlášený nouzový stav, ale není to tak striktní. Celkově nesmíme chodit ven, ale samozřejmě jsou výjimky – například můžeme jít ven, když jdeme nebo jedeme do práce. Můžeme jít ven, když jedeme za rodinou, když si musíme nakoupit nutné věci jako jídlo, drogerii, hygienické prostředky, krmení pro zvířata, když musíme jít do banky nebo když potřebujeme benzín do auta. Taky samozřejmě můžeme jít ven, když potřebujeme jet do nemocnice nebo na úřad. A nejlepší je, že můžeme jít do lesa nebo do parku. Jinak to je nemožné zůstat doma! V Česku oproti Francii máme štěstí, že nemusíme mít podepsaný dokument, proč a kam jdeme, a taky že můžeme jít dál než 300 metrů od domu. Ve Francii, chudáci, to teď mají těžké!

Co ještě můžeme dělat? Jestli máme teď víc volného času, je spousta věcí, co můžeme doma dělat. Můžeme si například doma uklidit, můžeme roztřídit staré oblečení a udělat si pořádek ve skříni. Můžeme si také udělat pořádek v počítači, v e-mailu, na Google disku. Taky se můžeme naučit něco nového – jako třeba hrát na ukulele, můžeme se zapsat do online kurzů šití, můžeme se dozvědět něco nového o hvězdách a o vesmíru… A samozřejmě se můžeme začít učit nový cizí jazyk nebo vylepšit ten, který se učíme teď 🙂 Takže se můžeme dívat na videa SlowCZECH a poslouchat podcast SlowCZECH. Haha, toto není reklama, néééé!

    Ve Francii, můžeme jít dál než 300 metrů od domu ;-). můžeme jít 1 km ! je pravda že to neni daleko ale je vice než 300 metrů.

    Tady v Česku už můžeme, kam chceme. Jenom ale v Česku 🙂
