(146**) Jak spát 2 hodiny denně? (comparative adverbs)

Ahoj! Dneska pro tebe mám docela zajímavý tip, haha. Inspirovala jsem se na youtube kanále AlfaBeing, který provozuje fotomodel Franta. Franta má krátká a srozumitelná videa. No, a v dnešním audiu ti řeknu o tom, jak se vyspat už za 2 hodiny denně. V textu jsou adverbia = příslovce. To jsou slova, která odpovídají na otázku “Jak?” Dobře, kvalitně, efektivně a pomalu. A když porovnáváme dvě věci, dvě aktivity nebo dva lidi, říkáme lépe, kvalitněji, efektivněji a pomaleji, například: “Můj kůň běžel pomaleji než kůň vítěze, prohrál jsem.” Nebo “Dneska se mám lépe než včera.” 

Jo a ještě něco ti chci říct na začátek. Některá adverbia mají dvě verze. A ty uslyšíš obě – míň/méně, víc/více, hůř/hůře, dýl/déle. Dlouhá verze je formální, krátká verze je normální, tj. hovorová, neformální.

Tak a teď už to je všechno. Jsi ready? Jdeme na to!

Churchill spal šest hodin denně, Benjamin Franklin nebo Napoléon Bonaparte spali 5 hodin denně, Tesla spal dokonce ještě míň – jen 2 hodiny denně. Ale Tesla spal trochu jinak – je pravda, že denně spal méně než ostatní, ale potom asi jednou za týden potřeboval spát více, a tak usnul klidně i na 1.5 dne. Jak ale tito lidé fungovali efektivněji než ostatní? Jak je možné pracovat produktivněji a přitom spát méně?

Dneska máme strašně moc věcí, co musíme stihnout. A současně strašně málo času. Každý prý dokáže spát 2 hodiny denně. Jen ke spánku musí přistupovat konzistentněji a mít pevnější vůli. Obecně lidi nejdřív chtějí splnit všechny úkoly a pak jít spát. A to je problém, protože to vede k problémům – cítíme se unaveněji, pracujeme méně efektivně, spíme méně kvalitně. A hlavně je náš spánek kratší, protože nás další den čekají další úkoly a problémy a zase málo času. Ve výsledku mozek pracuje pomaleji, soustředíme se míň a hůř. Někteří lidé dokáží spát normálně 4 až 6 hodin. Ale většina lidí má raději i 12 hodin spánku, haha. A co s tím? Znáš techniku polyfázového spánku? Oproti monofázovému spánku, kdy spíme 6 až 8 hodin celou noc, je prý polyfázový spánek účinnější. Potom pracujeme lépe, snáze a radostněji.

A jak to tedy funguje? Spánek si rozdělíme na několik intervalů. První možností, jak se lépe vyspat, je tzv. “Dimaxion”, kdy každých šest hodin spíme 30 minut. A pak tedy 4×30 je 120 a tím pádem spíme denně 2 hodiny. Druhou možností je “Uberman”, kdy každé čtyři hodiny spíš 20 minut. A pak tedy 6×20 je 120 a dostáváme 2 hodiny denně. Třetí možností je “Everyman”, kdy v noci spíme 1,5 hodiny nebo až 3 hodiny a pak v průběhu dne si dáme 20 minutového šlofíka. Šlofík je krátký spánek, taková krátká siesta. Čtvrtou možností je bifázový spánek nebo tzv. možnost “Tesla”, kdy si v noci dáme hlavní spánek v délce 2 hodin a v průběhu dne si dáme jednoho šlofíka v délce 20 minut.

Nejsnáze lze mluvit o páté možnosti, a to je tzv. možnost “Siesta”, kdy spíme v noci klasicky 5 až 6 hodin a pak si ve dne dáme jednoho šlofíka. Ano, tato možnost vypadá jednodušeji než ostatní. A taky je. Pokud chceš začít spát polyfázově, jeden dlouhý spánek plus šlofík ve dne je na začátek snáze aplikovatelný. A postupně – krok za krokem, haha – přejdeme do více šlofíků za den.

Ale je pro nás tento způsob zdravý? Někteří vědci říkají, že spíme slaběji, že polyfázový spánek zhoršuje kognitivní funkce, že není čas na regenerační procesy a že polyfázově spí jenom zvířata a děti, ne dospělí. Na druhou stranu zas někteří lidé říkají, že pro ně to neznamená, že spíme slaběji. Oni říkají, že spí důkladněji a hlouběji. Taky že pracují produktivněji, protože jsou odpočatí.

Takže je otázka – pracujeme efektivněji? Pracujeme promyšleněji či moudřeji? Žijeme vyrovnaněji a radostněji? Já osobně si myslím, že je důležité znát svoje vlastní tělo. Vím, že já potřebuji 5,5 až 6 hodin spánku denně. Raději vstávám v 5 ráno, protože se mi ráno pracuje lépe. A večer už moje tělo reaguje unaveněji, tlumeněji, pomaleji.

Avšak náš problém je hlavně v tom, co děláme v čase, kdy nespíme. Můžeme se snažit pracovat efektivněji a spát méně. Ale když pak místo práce jen prokrastinujeme, to už je nakonec lepší spát 12 hodin, haha. Proč žít složitěji? Život není složitý. Jenom my sami si ho děláme složitý.
